Nye to sell 12,3485 acres of land from Lot 16 of Einar Hoidale's survey in Friendswood, Galveston County, Texas to the Clear Creek Drainage District the Nye's reserve the right to remove any trees from the property outside the landscape easement for the next two years at their discretion. Such removal will be coordinated with the Friendswood Drainage District. Should the Clear Creek Drainage District want to remove or destroy any trees during this period of time they will first receive the concurrence of the Nyes. A landscape easement will be established along Coward's Creek per the survey. No drainage construction work other than ordinary maintenance will be done in this easement, and the natural trees within this easement will be maintained in perpetuity. A 40 ft. ingress and egress easement per the survey will be provided by the Clear Creek Drainage District for the benefit of the Nye's and other interested parties.
