OUITCLAIM--RELEASE OF EASEMENT

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF GALVESTON §
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged, CLEAR CREEK DRAINAGE DISTRICT does hereby remise, release,
and forever quitclaim unto JAMES E. KESSEL and JOY N. KESSEL any
interest it may have in that certain real property located in
Friendswood, Galveston County, Texas, described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
MADE A PART HEREOF FOR ALL PURPOSES
This Quitclaim Deed is given specifically to release the
easement granted by that certain Drainage Easement dated 4-9-63 .
t@C, recorded on Film Code No. 312021 of the Official Public
Records of Real Property in Galveston County, Texas.
EXECUTED this 10th day of December, 1990.

A strip of land 40 feet wide, being a portion of that certain 40 foot drainage
easement across Lot' 8 and 9 of Imperial Gardens, A subdivision in Galveston
County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 254-A,
Page 88, in the Office of the County Clerk of Galveston County, Texas, and
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a 1 inch iron pipe found for the Southwest corner of said Lot 9;
THENCE North 16 deg. 06 min. West a distance of 245.59 feet to a point; THENCE
North 42 deg. 00 min. 42 sec. East a distance of 89.99 feet to a point; THENCE
North 55 deg. 31 min. 53 sec. East a distance of 4.88 feet to a point of
intersection of said 40 foot drainage easement with a 50 foot drainage easement
for the PLACE OF BEGINNING;
THENCE North 55 deg. 31 min. 53 sec. East along and with the south line of said
50 foot drainage easement, a distance of 9.73 feet to an angle point;
THENCE North 69 deg. 32 min. 58 sec. East along and with the south line of said
50 foot drainage easement, a distance of 30.14 feet to an angle point;
THENCE North 88 deg. 43 min. 18 sec. East along and with the south line of said
50 foot drainage easement, a distance of 0.41 feet to a point of intersection
of the south line of said 50 foot drainage easement with the centerline of the
existing centerline of Cowart Creek;
THENCE along and with the existing centerline of Cowart Creek with the
following courses and distances:
South 25 deg. 45 min. 09 sec. East a distance of 34.26 feet;
South 01 deg. 22 min. 56 sec. East a distance of 59.37 feet;
South 55 deg. 00 min. East a distnace of 60.0 feet;
North 89 deg. 18 min. 21 sec. East a distance of 51.43 feet;
North 57 deg. 40 min. 58 sec. East a distance of 51.33 feet to the point
of intersection of the existing centerline of Cowart Creek with the westerly
line of a 50 foot drainage easement, being in the arc of a curve to the left;
THENCE along and with the arc of said curve to the left with the following
data; Radius ® 200.0 feet, Delta o 12 deg. 21 min. 01 sec., Length o 43.11
feet, Chord a 43.03 feet bearing South 53 deg. 54 min. 29 sec. East to the
point of tangency, being at the intersection of the westerly line of said 50
foot drainage easement with the southerly line of the aforesaid 40 foot drainge
easement;
THENCE along and with the 40 foot drainage easement line with the following
courses and distances:
South 57 deg. 41 min. 24 sec. West a distance of 78.49 feet;
South 89 deg. 18 min. 21 e:ec. West a distance of 75.63 feet;
North 55 deg. 00 min. West a distance of 93.09 feet;
North 01 deg. 22 min. 56 sec. West a distance of 70.94 feet;
North 25 deg. 45 min. 09 sec. West a distance of 27.10 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING.
