KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
COUNTY OF GALVES ON §
THAT WE, ROBERT S. GUMINEY AND Van, BARBARA GUMINEY, hereinafter called
GRANTORS, being owners of property located at 904 Myrtlewood, Friendswood,
State of Texas, have granted and conveyed, and by these presents do grant and
convey to CLEAR CREEK DRAINAGE DISTRICT of the State of Texas, its heirs and
assigns, a 12-foot wide private Right-Of-Way over Lot 5 of Friendswood Estates
Subdivision, Addition No. 1, in the City of Friendswood, Galveston County,
• Texas, for the purpose of inspecting and maintaining an adjacent existing
30-foot wide drainage easement, and indicated on the attached copy of a sur-
vey of said Lot as a 12-foot Drainage Accessway, and
FURTHER, GRANTORS SHALL NOT OBJECT to the exercise of this Right of
e E.
Entry, nor seek redress from CLEAR CREEK DRAINAGE DISTRICT for any damage to
any part of driveway and/or mail receptical, placed in error by the GRANTORS
on a portion of the said 12-foot Drainage Accessway, which may result from
entry by CLEAR CREEK DRINAGE DISTRICT on said Right-Of-Way, and
GRANTORS DO HEREBY bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators,
K successors and assigns to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the said Right-Of-Way
1 for access into said drainage easement for drainage purposes unto the said
CLEAR CREEK DRAINAGE DISTRICT, its successors and assigns, against every per-
son whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
