THAT IWE, IIER[3ERT H. GATES and wife, JANE E. GATES, of the County of
Harris, State of Texas, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($10.00) in hand paid by the Grantee herein named, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have QUITCLAIM , and by these presents do QUITCLAIM
unto the CLEAR CREEK DRAINAGE DISTRICT, of the County of Galveston, State

of Texas, all of our right, title, and interest to the following described
real property, situated in Galveston County, Texas, to-wit:
IOt 14 in Block 10 of Longwood Park, Section 1, a Subdivision
in Galveston County, Texas (a portion of said Subdivision
lying in I3razoria County, Texas), according to,the map thereof
recorded in Volume 254A, Page 90, in the office of the County
Clerk of Galveston County, Texas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of our right, title, and interest in and to
the above described property and premises unto the said Grantee, their
heirs and assigns forever, so that neither we, nor our heirs, legal
representatives or assigns shall have, claim, or demand any right or
title to the aforesaid property, premises, or appurtenances or any part
thereof.
