conveyed to Carroll L. Boone by deed dated July 15, 1982, recorded in Film
' Code No. 002-56-0962 in the Office of the County Clerk, Galveston County,
Texas, situated in the William Henry Survey, Abstract 84, Galveston County,
Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as
follows:
COMMENCING at the north corner of the aforesaid 8.723 acre tract, also
being the west corner of a 12.54 acre tract of land, recorded in Book 3067,
Page 778, in the Office of the County Clerk, Galveston County, Texas;
THENCE South 52 deg. 29 min. East along and with the common line of said
