Council agreed to the concept but asked that th- City Attorney advise whether his sauld be adopted through a change in the ordinance or if it could be adopted as a olic . No formal action taken. P Y ,°' LOVACA GATHERING COMPANY LINE - Lovaca has requested permission I to lay a gathering line in the Lundy Lane .area. Clyde Raney, Oil and Gas Inspector for the City, stated that he felt this type of line , with a relatively short life (Versus a permanent pipeline) should not necessitate rezoning , and is not covered by permit require- ments under the Oil Gas Ordinance; however, he feels that Council approval for such an installation would make the line a matter of record. Council concurred, and agreed to take action for approval of Lovaca' s line at the next regular meeting. r1_ LUNDY DEVELOPMENT - Mr. Raney reviewed a request from Matt Realty 'r for development of property in the Lundy area which property is 7000 feet from the city sewer and 9000 feet from city water lines . Mr. Raney stated that a study in.diaates that it is economically unfeasible to run water lines or lines for ,grinder pumps to service the area. Council agreed that water wells and septic tanks would be acceptable for development of the land under the circumstances . ADJOURNMENT - Motion made and seconded that the meeting adjourn. The meeting raas adjourned. c. . r. Bobbie C. Henry, C' y Secretary APPROVED: a ; ` Mayo Ralph . Lowe
