was made in September by the Zoning Board of,Adjustment, with which
Mr, Simpson had fai7ed to comp�yp Mra Simpson was to1d by the Council
that the City Council does not have the authority to supersede a
ru�ing of the Board of Adjustment.nor the Laws of the State of Texas„
� therefore there is no action they can take to comply with his request.

new water� sewer and fire charges to apartments and mobile home parks.
Council asked him to study the situation and report back at next meeting.
