MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE FRIENDSWOOD CITY COUNCIL
June 26, 1972
A Special Meeting of the Friendswood City Council was called at the con-
clusion of the Workshop session on June 26 for the express purpose of
determining meeting dates for the month of July to offset the omission of
a Regular Meeting on July 3, that date being considered a part of the July
4 holiday, and to officially hire the engineer for the sewer project.,5
Present were:
Mayor Ralph Lowe
Councilman Benny Baker
Councilman Richard Haken
Councilman William Patton
Councilman Edward Zeitler
Councilman Ralph Gonzalez
With a quorum present, and with Councilman Windler' absent, the business at
Cq hand was transacted as follows:
MOTION: (Zeitler) That the next meeting of the Council
held on July 10, with the second meeting of the month
to be held on July 24. (Workshops to be on July 17
and 31 ).
Second: Gonzalez
Vote: FOR (6) Lowe, Baker, Haken , Patton, Zeitler, Gonzalez
AGAINST: none
Motion carried
Sewer Project Engineer - The City Attorney made recommendation for several
changes in the contract. On the basis of these. changes , Council to take any official action until the contract has been rewritten.
decided not
ADJOURNMENT
Motion made and seconded that the meeting adjourn. The meeting was adjourned.
