October 28, 2024
The Investment Committee held a regular meeting on October 28, 2024, at 4:13 p.m. The following
members were present:
Cynthia Bowman
Bob Bozka
Allan Rasmussen
Rhonda Bloskas, Investment Officer
Jennifer Walker, Deputy Investment Officer
1.Committee meeting minutes from July 22, 2024, were reviewed.
•Mr. Bozka made a motion to accept the minutes with no changes. Mrs. Bowman
seconded the motion, and it was carried unanimously.
2.The Committee reviewed and discussed the City of Friendswood Quarterly Investment Report
for the period ended September 30, 2024.
•Mrs. Bowman made a motion to accept the Quarterly Investment Report for the period
ended September 30, 2024, as presented. Mr. Rasmussen seconded the motion, and it
was carried unanimously.
3.The next meeting is set for January 27, 2024.
4.The meeting was adjourned at 4:52 p.m.
