July 22, 2024
The Investment Committee held a regular meeting on July 22, 2024, at 4:12 p.m. The following members
were present:
Cynthia Bowman
Bob Bozka
Rhonda Bloskas, Investment Officer
Jennifer Walker, Deputy Investment Officer
Allan Rasmussen was absent.
1. Committee meeting minutes from April 30, 2024, were reviewed.
• Mr. Bozka made a motion to accept the minutes with a correction to Mrs. Bowman's
name. Mrs. Bowman seconded the motion with the correction, and it was carried
unanimously.
2. The Committee reviewed and discussed the City of Friendswood Quarterly Investment Report
for the period ended June 30, 2024.
• Mrs. Bowman made a motion to accept the Quarterly Investment Report for the period
ended June 30, 2024, with correction to the signature date. Mr. Bozka seconded the
motion with the correction, and it was carried unanimously.
3. The next meeting is set for October 21, 2024.
4. The meeting was adjourned at 4:35 p.m.
