January 27, 2025
The Investment Committee held a regular meeting on January 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. The following
members were present:
Cynthia Bowman
Allan Rasmussen
Rhonda Bloskas, Investment Officer
Jennifer Walker, Deputy Investment Officer
1. Committee meeting minutes from October 28, 2024, were reviewed.
• Mrs. Bowman made a motion to accept the minutes with no changes. Mr. Rasmussen
seconded the motion, and it was carried unanimously.
2. The Committee reviewed and discussed the City of Friendswood Quarterly Investment Report
for the period ended December 31, 2024.
• Mr. Rasmussen made a motion to accept the Quarterly Investment Report for the period
ended December 31, 2024, as presented. Mrs. Bowman seconded the motion, and it was
carried unanimously.
3. The next meeting is set for April 14, 2025.
4. The meeting was adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
