AFFIDAVIT CLAIMING MECHANICS & MATERIALMEN'S LIEN

1. Renegade Fire Systems, LLC (the "Claimant"), located at 4317E FM 2351 Road,
Friendswood, Texas 77546, claims a mechanics lien for the labor or services or equipment or
materials described herein, furnished for a work of improvement on that certain real property
located in the County of Harris, in the State of Texas. The complete address of the real
property on which this mechanics lien is claimed is: City of Friendswood Fire Station #2., 2601
W. Parkwood Ave, Friendswood, TX 77546 (the "Property").
2. Legal Description: 2601 W. Parkwood Ave, Friendswood, TX 77546. ABST 184 Page 2 M
Sloan SurTR 18 1.000 ACRS. Galveston CAD attached.
3. The labor or services or equipment or materials were furnished by Claimant at the
request of: Christensen Building Group, LLC. know as the original contractor.
4. The owner of the Property is:

5. On 1-31-2022, the Claimant entered into a written contract for City of Friendswood Fire
Station # 2 Renovation Construction said Property (the "Contract") for the original total sum plus
change orders of $37,686.37 which became due and payable on 3-21-2024, the date of completion
of the build and/or project services.
6. After deducting all just credits and offsets, the sum of $4,742.42 is due to Claimant for
the Change Orders & Retainage invoice submitted in January, February, April & June 2024,
5. Claimant has sent final notice of the claim to the Project's Owner and the Project's
Original Contractor to via Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested on 1-15-2025.
6. One (1) copy of this affidavit is being sent by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested,
to the Owner of the subject real property described above, addressed to same at it's last known
addresses as described above.
7. Claimant asserts this lien against all of the above described real property and
improvements thereon in the amount claimed above pursuant to Chapter 53 of the Texas
Property Code to the fullest extent provided by law.
