Present were �a�or Kenneth Gamp, Councilmen Harry Hatcher, Dale Brown, Pete Workman, H. K. Speck and Gen� Greathous�. Visitors present wP�e a group of twelve from Imperial Estates to inquire about the repairs of Choat Road , Beth Holm�s, Buck Hausman, and a report�r from the Houston Post . Dale Brown moved that we take bids on the trash pick up service. Pete Workman seconded the motion, motion carried unanimously. Mr. Bobbie Saunders, ht. #l, �ox 902, Ke�ah, Texas was also at the meeting to discuss the trash situation in the towns he is no� serving. Mr. Saunders is interested in being one of the biddErs to serve Friendswood . Buck Hausman, a developer presented a plat of a new subdivision , �ra�x��x�$x��mg� The subdivision will be a 300 acr� subdivision with the first section to be developed a 40 acre portion of the 300 acres. This portion will be the Analea �ubdivision. Harry Hatcher moved that we give Mr. Hausman the authority to move to the second step in the development of the above mentioned \ i subdivision accordin� to Section 6, Paragraph �of the subdivision � i standards, Pete Worl�nan seconded the motion, motion carried � -z��°� � unanimously. ���t��o��v� . H rr Hatcher and H. K. S eck were icked to work on tiie �ud �t I� a 9 P P � 4�ommittee f or 1964 alon� with the Mayor. H. g. Speck moved that we adopt Ordinance #28 (P�ddlin� Ordinance) Dale Brown seconded the motion, motion carried unanimously. A diseussion was had with the residence of lmperial Estates. It was agreed that members of the coumcil and the mayor alon� with some of the people of Imperial Estates would mmet in the County � Judge ' s office and discuss the possiblities with the county to help keep Choat Road in gocdconditivn. The council expressed that they were glad that the �roup had met with us so all circu�stances could be discussed with them. Pete Workman moved that the meeting ac�purn, Gene Greathouse seconded the motion, motion c�rried unanimously. Meetin� adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
