visitors present were �laire K_uiper and ivorman Chennault.
Harr� Hatcher gave the finaacial renort and agreed to �ake
a balance sheet at the end of each month. tsalance repor�ed
on hand at this meetin� was � 1,851 .94.
Mr. �uiper brought up th.e condition of c;hoat Road a�ain. Ways
were discussed later on the possibilities of gettin�; it �;raded .
C.. C. nost made the motion that we have �ack Lawrenee and Lee
tsr�ant up for our next council meetin�; and discuss our problems
on Choat Road. G. V.Ureathnuse seconded the mati�n, motion
passed. c;. C. Bost stated that he will contact Jack I,awrence
� about meeting with us .

Pete Workman r�ported that the road`�Almas Yerdidas subdivision
can n�t be closed with�ut an election. t��r. Romeike has been
advised of �his .
I� was a gener�-�1 agreement that we should return the plot
plans to the individual subdividers and have them revised
and then resubmit them along with their restrictions .
� � A meeting was called for July 20, 1962.
i�arry natcher motioned that we �ive Pete Workman authority
to purchase furniture fQr the cit,y, motic�n secended by
C. C. Bost, motion carried .
It was sug�ested that t�rdinance �16 be �iven the rate increase
on gas to Gas Utilit,p Service Co.
ti.arrv Hatcher motioned that we purchase a new car for police
protection; raise �rden Hill 's salary to � 60.00 p_er month
and �vorman �hennault ' s salary to � 40.G0. iViotion seconded
by C. C. Bost, mot'ion carried .
