nill, Norman c;henr_ault o� our police devartr�ent and i�lr. v. 0. Terrell
of the t7as Utility �ervice �o. , An�Ieton, -l�exas.
t�r. Terrell presented his points in ask�na for a �as rate increase
on the system in Friendsw�od , �exas. t�is discussion was li�tened
to b,q the council and �3r. Terrell was advised th�t he would be �
advised of the outcome at a later date.
Leon Brown recoTmended that a set rate be char�ed for a ta� charge
an,ywhere in the city of �'riendswood. This was not voted on but
seemed to be very favorable witr the rest af t�- e council. �i�his
should be brou.�ht up to tyir. Terrell at the same time he is advised
of the rate incre�se .
A more detailed discussion w�s had about the purchas�n� of a �olice
car for the cit�y. '1'his will be discussed a�;ain at a later date;
after vae find out from i�ir. L. C. �i�nus tile det�:ils on lnsurance
rates for such vehicles. lt was also su�gested that we find out
about insurance for Arden nill �s car, liability and �ollision.
