present were: M.ayor, Paui �7'Far:r�Il and Counci�men: Pe�e '�orkman, Kenneth Cam�,
and Linn Eignus.
Minutes Gi� the last rr�eeting were read and a�praved. �he financial repert shot;s a
currer� �alance �of �681.87.
May�r �'Farrell reperted that he had been urYa��le to contact Attorney Jaek Harrison
regarding the election ore.inance.
A diseussien was held on the s2rving of war2a.nts by the local officers. Pete Work-
man stated tha.t he and Chief Aili had been clown to talk to Jus�ice of tr.e Peace,
Wm, T� Furhop regarding this m�.tter. He gave them some valuable information. It
�aas suggested that �'r. Furrc�p be i�nvited t� a future council meeting. Also, Chief
Hi1T, his assistants and Judge C1ine are to be imrited to this meetir.g. It was
agr�ed that this would be done.
The Mayc� reported tha.t Y�e wouZd confiact �tate Aighwa� Dept. again regarding the
City limit signs.
The matter of underurriting the expenses of the Ioca.l Civil Iaefense was discussed.
�'ete Workriar. moved that the City treasurer be authorized to gay any bills pre-
sented by the Civil L�£ense Co-erdir.ator. M�ticn seconded ry Kenreth Camp.
