We, the undersigned, F. F. Lewis, as President of Sera
Country Club, Inc. , and M. G. Jordan, as Secretary of said corpora-
tion, hereby certify that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of
said corporation duly held at 5 4 t L L OIL Ca, DeE'� PARK,7i- on
pc,fa ber 3 , / 978 , the following resolution was
duly passed:
"BE IT RESOLVED, that the President of this corporation
and the Secretary be and they are hereby duly authorized to
convey to the City of Friendswood of Galveston County, Texas,
a sewer line easement across a strip situated in Galveston
County, Texas, which strip is 5 feet in width, 10 feet in
length, hereinafter described, which easement shall be con-
veyed on the form attached hereto as Exhibit 'A' and made
a part hereof. The boundries of said strip is described as
follows:
BEING a 5' wide permanent easement across a 10' strip
of the Southeasterly line of Lot 1 of the Voss Subdivision,
Sarah McKissick or J. R. Williams League, Abstract 151, Gal-
veston County, Texas, as appears on record in plat book 254
at page 72 of the Records of Galveston County, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Northwesterly line of that
certain tract of land described by deed in Volume 1041, at
pages 192 through 196, of the Deed Records of Galveston
County, said beginning point lying N 43° 25' E 328.6' from
a 1" iron pipe which is located N 46° 25' W 25.0' from the
most Southerly corner of Lot 1 and Westerly corner of Lot 8,
Block 8, of the said subdivision, said beginning point being
also the most Easterly corner of that certain sanitary sewer
easement described in Deed recorded in Volume 1907 at page 75
of the Deed Records of Galveston County;
THENCE N 43° 35' E 5.0' to a point for corner;
THENCE S 46° 25' E 10.0' to a point for corner;
THENCE S 43° 35' W 4.57' to a point in the Northeasterly
line of that certain sanitary sewer easement described in
Deed recorded in Volume 1907 at page 102 of the Deed Records
of Galveston County;
THENCE N 47° 38' 10" W 10.0' to the place of beginning.
SAID boundary enclosing an area of 0.00114 acres out
of the Sarah McKissick or J. R. Williams League, Abstract 151,
and recorded in Deed Record Book No. 1041, Pages 192 to 196,
inclusive of the Deed Records of Galveston County, Texas.

The undersigned hereby also certify that we are the President
and Secretary, respectively, of Sera Country Club, Inc., a corporation,
and that the above and foregoing resolution was duly passed by the
Board of Directors and that the same is a true copy of the resolution
passed by said Board of Directors at a meeting duly held, of which
proper notice was given to all directors, and a quorum was present,
and that said resolution has not been rescinded.
