ROAD RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT DEED
STATE OF TEXAS X
COUNTY OF GALVESTON X KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
THAT WE, John H. Brothers and wife Pamla L. Brothers, of
Galveston County, Texas, do by these presents grant, bargain,
give and convey, subject to the reservation hereinafter made,
unto the City of Friendswcod, th= free and uninterrupted use,
liberty, and privilege of the passage in, along, upon and across
the following lands in Galveston County, Texas, owned by us, to-wit:
A tract of land 10 Feet by 300 Feet Out of Lot 5, Block 11, V
Friendswood Subdivision, Sarah McKissick League, Galveston
County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows; to-wit:
TRACT NO.2 DESCRIPTION: Beginning at the West corner of Lot
5; THENCE from said beginning corner N45°E, along the North-
west line of Lot 5, a distance of 630 feet to a point in the
Southwesterly right of way line of Quaker Drive; THENCE S45°E,
along the Southwest line of Quaker Drive, a distance of 157.8
feet to the place of beginning of the tract hereinafter
described; THENCE from said beginning corner S45°E continuing
along the Southwest line of Quaker Drive, a distance of 10 feet
to a point Los corner; '1'nt;NCE S45°w, parallel to the Nort1.webt
line of Lot 5, a distance of 300 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE N45°W, parallel to the Southwest line of Lot 5, a distance
of 10 feet to a point for corner; THENCE N45°E, parallel to the
Northwest line of Lot 5, a distance of 300feet to the place of
beginning.
The Grantors herein except from this easement and reserve for
themselves, their heirs and assigns, forever, all oil, gas, and other
minerals, in and under the land covered by this easement, but said
Grantors, for themselves, their heirs and assigns, waive all right of
ingress and egress to and from the surface of the land covered by
this easement for the purposes of drilling, mining, exploring or
developing such minerals.
for the purposes of opening, constructing and maintaining a
permanent road in, along, upon and across said premises, with the right
and privilege at all times of the Grantee herein, his or its agents,
• employees, workmen and representatives having ingress, egress, and
regress in, along, upon and across said premises for the purposes of
making additions to improvements on, and repairs to the said road or
highway, or any part thereof.
