§ RELEASE OF LIEN
COUNTY OF GALVESTON§
WHEREAS, the City of Friendswood, Texas, a municipal corporation located in Galveston
and Harris Counties, Texas (the "City") created a statutory lien pursuant to Chapter 26 of the
Friendswood City Code and Chapter 342 of the Texas Health and Safety Code (the "Lien"); and
WHEREAS, the Lien was filed on July 7, 2016, under Galveston County File No.
2016040810 among the real property records of Galveston County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the property on which the Lien is attached is 1304 Piney Woods Dr.,
Friendswood, Galveston County, Texas, and more particularly described as follows:
ABS 83 & 128 PAGE 2 LOT 7 BLK 9 WILDERNESS TRAILS
FRIENDSWOOD, GALVESTON COUNTY, TEXAS
(the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Lien has now been paid in full and the City desires to release the same;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the full and final payment and satisfaction of all
indebtedness secured by the Lien, the receipt of which is acknowledged, the City discharges and
releases the Property from the Lien and declares the Property to be released and discharged from
the Lien.
