RESOLUTION OF ANNALEA, INC. ADOPTED THIS THE � '•
18TH DAY OF DECEMBER,A.D. , 1969 AUTHORIZING
THE CORPORATION TO EXECUTE A DEED TO THE CITY
OF FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING1fq"•
THE DEED TO BE SIGNED BY RONALD HAUSMAN, PRESI- tr
DENT OF THE CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, ANNALEA, INC. , has agreed to sell a tract of land Co
out of Reserve "A" of Annalea-Kingspark Section "B" and White-
hall Section "B" an addition in Galveston County, Texas, accord-
ing to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Volume 1616, page
100 of the records of Galveston County, Texas, said subject tract
being more fully described in a deed, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes and,
WHEREAS, the City of Friendswood, Texas has agreed, follow-
ing the initiation of condemnation proceedings to obtain the sub-
ject tract, to purchase said tract at an agreed consideration of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars cash and other good and valuable considera-
tion, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the directors of ANNALEA, INC, to-wit:
J. T. DASCH, RONALD HAUSMAN and ANNA LEE HAUSMAN at a special
meeting called for the purpose of authorizing this conveyance
that RONALD HAUSMAN, President of ANNALEA, INC. , a Texas corpor-
ation, is hereby authorized to execute the attached deed convey-
ing all of the property described therein to the City of Friends-
wood, Texas for the agreed consideration and further,
That the City of Friendswood, Texas in accepting such con-
veyance and in paying such consideration will pay the closing
costs involved for recording any instruments in connection with
this conveyance and for cost of issuance of an Owner' s Title

I, LEONA B.SALVATO, Assistant Secretary of Annalea, Inc. , a
Texas corporation, hereby certify that the above and foregoing
resolution and copy of the deed attached thereto was passed at
a called meeting of the Directors of said corporation on Decem-
ber 18, 1969 and that the foregoing is a true and correct copy
of said Resolution appearing in the minutes of the meeting and
that said Resolution has not been altered, amended or revoked.
