ON THIS the 12th day of April, A.D. 1965, the City Council
of the City of Friendswood, Galveston County, Texas,
convened in regular session at the regular meeting place
with the following members present:

and constituting a quorum and among other proceedings
the following was had : /�
Councilman ati �"��C-- introduced a Resolution
ans Order and moved its adoption: The 'Motion was seconded
by Councilman `h(.00. �-Ufox6 152 ita, and the Motion
carried with it the adoption and the Resolution prevailing
in the following:

Noes :
and came to be considered the return of election held
on April 6, 1965, for the purpose of electing the herein-
after named officials and it appearing from said return,
duly and legally made that there was cast at said election

487 votes, which were legal and vaild votes and each of
said candidates in said election received the following
votes :
For Councilman:
William E. Davidson 255 votes;
Frank S. Coe III 131 votes;
Ralph L. Lowe 255 votes;
Layton E. Johnson 154 votes;
Tracy Spears 103 votes;
Tony Banfield 161 votes;
Dale Brown 285 votes;
Marie Allman 53 votes;
Therefore, be it RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Friendswood, Galveston County, Texas that said
election was duly called; that Notice of said election
was given in accordance with the law and that said
election was held in accordance with the law and that

WILLIAM E. DAVIDSON
RALPH L. LOWE
were duly elected Councilmen at said election and said
above named parties are hereby declared duly elected to said
offices, subject to their taking the Oath and filing
Bond as required by the State of Texas .
PASSED and APPROVED this the 12th day of April, A.D. 1965.
