Merchant 10 Layton Johnson • Marie Allman 10 ( 1 ) V. h • THEREFORE, BE 2T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS: That said etaction was duly called; that notice of said election was given in accordance with law, and that said election was held in accordance with law and that MARVIN CHILDERS was duly elected COUNCILMAN and said aboved named party is hereby declared duly elected to said office, subject to the taking of his oath and filing bond as provided by the laws of the State of Texas.
