THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF GALVESTON
On this the 30th day of November, 19 1, hhe City Council of the
City of Friendswood, Texas, convened in special session at the
regular meeting place (City Hall) thereof with the following
members present, to-wit:

There came on to be considered the returns of an election .
held on the 24th day of November, 1964, for the purpose of electing tpe•

THEREFORE, BE 2T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS:
That said etaction was duly called; that notice of said election
was given in accordance with law, and that said election was held
in accordance with law and that MARVIN CHILDERS was duly elected
COUNCILMAN and said aboved named party is hereby declared duly elected
to said office, subject to the taking of his oath and filing bond
as provided by the laws of the State of Texas.
Passed, Adopted and Approved this the 30th day of November, 1964. \
