I hereinafter called "Grantor," for a good and valuable consideration, paid by the City of Friendswood, of the County of Galveston, Texas, here- inafter called "Grantee," does hereby grant, sell, and convey unto Grantee an easement and right-of-way upon and across the following de- scribed property of the Grantor: A 35 ft. wide temporary construction easement adjoining Tract F-104 to the northeast, saw easement to revert to original ownership upon completion of construction, and lying within the Air Strip ofi Folly Ranch Estates, A subidivision lying within the.Sarah McKissick or J.R. Williams League, Abstract 151, and John Dickinson League, Abstract 15, Replat of said Polly Ranch Estates being filed and Recorded September 24, 1973, As appears of record in map book no. 15 at page no. 4, of the Records of Galveston County. The easement and right-of-way hereby conveyed shall be A Temporary construction easement adjoining Tract F-104. and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the easterly corner of tract F-104, lying in the northwesterly line of the 60' right-of-way of Airline Drive or Pine Drive, said point lying S 3401310411 W 70.43' from the PC of the most easterly curve of the northwesterly line of the 60' right-of-way of Airline Drive or Pine Drive as set forth on the said replat of Polly Ranch Estates; THENCE N 62006' W 3403.15' with the northeasterly line of tract F-104 to the most northerly corner of tract F-104 in the southeasterly line of the 80' right-of-way of Oak Drive; THENCE N 37035' E 20.75' with the southeasterly line of the 80' right-of-way of Oak Drive to the PC of a curve; THENCE 14.86' with a curve to the right'having a radius of 210' with the southeasterly line of the 80' right-of-way of Oak Drive to a point for corner, said point lying N 39036137" E 14.85' from the said PC; THENCE S 62006' E 3404.86' to a point in the northwesterly line of the 60' right-of-way of Airline Drive or Pine Drive, said point lying S 3100612311 W 35.05' from the PC of the most easterly curve of the northwesterly line of the 60' right-of-way of Airline Drive or Pine Drive as set forth on the said replat of Polly Ranch Estates; THENCE 35.50' around a curve to the right having a radius of 320' to the place of beginning; SAID boundary enclosing an area of 2.735 acres out of the John Dickinson League, abstract 15, and the Sarah McKissick or J.R.
