NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Friendswood, a municipal
corporation located in Galveston and Harris Counties, Texas,
claims a privileged lien, as provided by Article 4436 , Texas
Revised Civil Statutes, as amended, and Chapter 8 of the
Friendswood City Code, on the property of:
Kingsland Development Inc.
located in Friendswood, Texas, and being more particularly
described as follows:
HERITAGE ESTATES
SEC 1 BLK 5 LOT 17 j
for costs incurred by the City in connection with abatement of
a public nuisance thereon, to wit:
high grass and weeds.
An itemized account of the costs incurred in the total amount
of $89.75 is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" .
