Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 254-A, Page 88,
,and transferred to Plat Record 8,Map No. 23,of the Map Records in the Office of
the County Clerk of Galveston County,Texas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described property, together with all and singular
the rights and appurtenances thereto and in anywise belonging, unto the said GRANTEE, its
successors and assigns forever,in fee simple absolute. GRANTOR does hereby bind its successors
and assigns, to WARRANT and FOREVER DEFEND all and singular the above-described
