§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF GALVESTON §
That the City of Friendswood, a municipal corporation situated in Galveston County,
Texas, acting by and through its hereunto signed officers, duly authorized by its City Council,
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has QUITCLAIMED, and does by these presents
Ccxastal Bend Property Development L.L C.
QUITCLAIM unto Dan Rucker, Manager ("Grantee") all of its right, title, and interest
in and to that certain utility easement consisting of a tract of land containing 0.220 acres of land,
more or less, situated in Galveston County, Texas, and being more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of the right, title, and interest of the City of
Friendswood, Texas, in and to the said roadway easements, together with all and singular the
rights, privileges, and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto Grantee, its successors
and assigns, so that neither the City of Friendswood nor its successors or assigns, nor any person
or persons claiming under the City of Friendswood shall, at any time hereafter, have, claim, or
demand any right or title to the aforesaid roadway easements, or any part thereof.
