This property was taken off the roll by CAD as city property in 1991. Mr. Anders contends this property belongs to him and was not the Patterson's to give. This property being taken of the tax rolls without council action could and may have happened many times over, resulting in lost tax dollars. Another soft spot? MEM0973/KSSO3
