DEDICATION OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF GALVESTON

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Larry Vance Outler and wife, Linda L. Outler, hereinafter
referred to as "Granters," for and in consideration of the growth,
the requirements, and the benefits to accrue to the citizens of the
City of Friendswood, Texas, have DEDICATED, GIVEN, GRANTED, AND
CONVEYED and by these presents do hereby DEDICATE, GIVE, GRANT AND
CONVEY unto the City of Friendswood, Texas, hereinafter referred to
as "Grantee," its successors, assigns, and legal representatives,
an exclusive, perpetual easement and right-of-way for roadway,
drainage, and other utility purposes, including the right to
construct, operate, maintain, inspect, replace, and remove said
roadway and utilities, along, across, over, and under that certain
tract or parcel of land described by metes and bounds in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference for
all purposes.
The Grantee may do and perform all acts necessary to
construct, operate, maintain, inspect, replace, and remove said
roadway and utilities along, across, over, and under said easement
and right-of-way, and operate thereon all necessary machinery and
equipment.
The easement and right-of-way, and the rights and privileges
herein granted shall be perpetual and exclusive.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described easement and right-of
way, together with, all and singular, the rights and appurtenances

thereto in any manner belonging, unto the said Grantee, its
successors, assigns, and legal representatives, and Granters hereby
bind themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators,
successors, and assigns to warrant and forever defend all and
singular said easement and right-of-way to Grantee and its
successors, assigns, and legal representatives, against every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any
part thereof.

Commencing at a point marking the south corner of said Lot 8; Thence N 45 00' 00" E -110.00' with the centerline of said East
Castlewood Drive and the southeast line of said Lot 8, to the POINT OF BEGINNING of herein described tract;
Thence N 45 00' 00" E -220.00' continuing with the centerline of said East Castlewood to a point for corner;
