The Grantee may do and perform all acts necessary to construct, install, repair, and maintain the water transmission ' line within said easements and rights-of-way. Nothing herein contained shall affect the right of Granters, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns to use and enjoy the easements and rights-of-way granted hereby and in particular the surface thereof, for any purpose, to the extent such use will not interfere with Grantee's use of the easements and rights-of-way granted hereby for its intended purposes as stated herein.
