shown on the Final Plat thereof filed on May '19, 2004 in the real property
records of Harris County, Texas
Reservations from and Exceptions to Conveyance and Warranty: (a) any restrictions,
ordinances, easements and other encumbrances (other than liens)of record as of the date
of this Deed; and (b) taxes for the year 2004,the payment of which Grantee shall assume.
I Grantor, for the Consideration and subject to the Reservations from and Exceptions to
Conveyance and Warranty, grants, sells, and conveys to Grantee the Property, together
