I would like to thank the city council and your office for
considering my bids on the two properties in the Tower
Estates subdivision. I have decided that I will not go
through with the purchase of Lot 32 because it is not useful
to me without Lot 31 , which adjoins my property. If Mr.
Richard Ortega, who has the successful bid on Lot 31, does
not purchase that property, and if I have the next highest
bid on Lot 31 , 1 will be willing to purchase both properties .
I am sorry for the inconvience to you and the City Council.

for mowing the grass.
Sealed bids must be turned into the City Secretary before 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 14,
