Minimum Bid: $ 17,535.37
The minimum bid on this property does not include the 1993 taxes; the 1993 taxes must be
paid after the bid obligation is met. The estimated amount due for 1993 is $250.
The minimum bid does not include any liens placed on the property by the City of Friendswood
for mowing the grass.
Sealed bids must be turned into the City Secretary before 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 14,

The owner of real property sold at a tax sale may redeem the property within two years after
the date on which the purchaser's deed is filed for record by paying the purchaser the amount he

as taxes, penalties, interest and costs on the property, plus 25% of the aggregate total if the
property is redeemed during the first year of the redemption period or 50% of the aggregate
