W. , in Atlanta, Georgia (herein called "Grantor") to the State of Texas (herein called {'Grantee") , WITNESSETH: THAT, Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases and quit claims to Grantee all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described premises in the County of Galveston and State of Texas: 0.069 acres (3000 sq. ft.) of land, more or less, out of that certain tract of land in Lot 2, Block 2, Friendswood Subdivision in the Sarah McKissick Survey, Abstract 151, recorded in Volume 254, Page 37, Deed Records of Galveston County, Texas, that was conveyed to Shell Oil Company by deed of record in Volume 1635, Page 283, Deed Records of Galveston County, Texas, which 0.069 acres (3000 sq. ft.) of land, more or less, being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows; Commencing at the most easterly corner of Lot 2, Block 2, Friendswood Subdivision; Thence N 45° 00' W along the northeast line of Lot 2, Block 2, a distance of 630.0 feet to the existing southeast right of way line of Choate Road; Thence S 45° 00' W along the southeast right of way line of Choate Road, a distance of 466.0 feet to the most northerly corner of said Shell Oil Company tract, same being the point of beginning of the tract herein described; Thence continuing S 45° 00' W, a distance of 150.0 feet to the intersection point with the northwest right of way line of FM Highway 518; Thence S 45° 00' E along the northeast right of way line of FM 518, a distance of 20.0 feet; Thence N 45° 00' E along the proposed southeast right of way line of FM Highway 2351 (Choate Road) a distance of 150.0 feet to a point in the northeast property line of the Shell Oil Company tract; Thence N 45° 00' W along the northeast property line of the Shell Oil Company, a distance of 20.0 feet to the point of beginning. together with all rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto and all buildings and land improvements thereon: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns forever. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this Deed to be executed by its Vice President and its seal to be attached hereto and attested by its Assistant Secretary, on the date first herein written.
