Based on the request from the City of Friendswood the Galveston County Commissioners' Court would appreciate it very much if you and the Harris County Commissioners' Court would give Friendswood the authority to remove this bridge. Galveston County will assist the City in handling this matter, but cannot proceed until your approval is received. Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter. Very truly yours, 4'.
