SEVERAL THINGS ABOUT THIS CONVEYANCE SEND UP RED FLAGS. FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE WERE ALWAYS ADVISED BY O&D THAT A CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY BY ANY INSTRUMENT OTHER THAN BY PLAT, MUST BE ACCEPTED BY COUNCIL.
