Collins /41ei,/ hereinafter called "Grantor," for a good and valuable consideration, paid by the City of Friendswood, of the County of Galveston, Texas, here- inafter called "Grantee," does hereby grant, sell, and convey unto Grantee an easement and right-of-way upon and across the following de- scribed property of the Grantor: A temporary construction easement 13 ft. in width adjoining an existing easement lying within Lot 4, Block 3 of Annalea Section One in the Pearry and Austin League, Abstract 20. The easement and right-of-way hereby conveyed shall be a temporary easement 13 ft. in width. and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most westerly intersection of the southeasterly line of the said easement described in Volume 1627 at Page 501 and northwesterly line of the Humble Oil Company pipeline 40 ft. right- of-way as shown on the replat of the said Annalea Section One; THENCE N 45°00' E 102.12' with the southeasterly line of the said easement described in Volume 1627 at Page 501 to a reentrant corner of said easement; THENCE S 64°04'29" E 13.76' with a southerly line of the said easement described in Volume 1627 at Page 501 to a point for corner; THENCE S 45°00' W 75.18' parallel to and 13 ft. southeasterly from the southeasterly line of the easement described in volume 1627 at page 501 to a point in the northerly line of the Humble Oil Company pipeline 40' right-of-way as shown on the replat of the said Annalea Section One; THENCE S 67°28' W 34.02' with the northerly line of the said Humble Oil Company pipeline 40' right-of-way to the place of beginning; SAID boundary enclosing an area of 0.027 acres out of the Perry and Austin League, Abstract 20. -2- IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument is executed this day of ,1976. This concept of regionalization of sewage treatment facilities is in keeping with the dictates of the Texas Water Quality Board and the Environmental Protection Agency. In order to effectuate this program, we must obtain a temporary ease- ment for constructing major sewage interceptor lines. We are requesting a temporary easement from you on your property described as We need to obtain easements as shown on the attached drawing. This is only a construction easement and will be no longer needed after the work is completed. Every effort will be made to preserve any large trees on the temporary construction easement and the area will be returned as nearly as possible to its original condition.
