A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD,
TEXAS, GALVESTON/HARRIS COUNTIES, AWARDING
BID NO. B2006-17 AND DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL
CITY NEWSPAPER

WHEREAS, in accordance with Article XI, Section 11.02, of the City of
Friendswood Charter, the City Council shall designate by Resolution a public newspaper
of general circulation in the city as official organ thereof to serve as the official
newspaper for the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, that the Friendswood Renorter News is hereby declared
to be the official newspaper of the City of Friendswood for publication of all Ordinances,
Legal Notices and other matters required by the Charter, by the Ordinances of the City, or
by the Constitution and/or Laws of the State of Texas to be published.
