QUITCLAIM DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF GALVESTON
THAT LOUISE WILSON of the County of Galveston, State of Texas
(hereinafter called "Grantor") , for and in consideration of the sum
of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
paid to Grantor by the City of Friendswood, Texas, a municipal
corporation organized and existing pursuant to a Hone Rule Charter
and the laws of the State of Texas (hereinafter called "Grantee") ,
the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, has
QUITCLAIMED, and by these presents do QUITCLAIM unto the Grantee
all of her right, title, and interest in and to the following
described real property (hereinafter called the "Subject
Property") , situated in Galveston County, Texas, more particularly
described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
MADE A PART HEREOF FOR ALL PURPOSES
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of her right, title, and interest in
and to the Subject Property unto the said Grantee, its successors
and assigns forever, so that neither grantor nor her heirs, legal
representatives or assigns shall have, claim or demand any right or
title to the Subject Property, premises or appurtenances or any
part thereof.

Estates Subdivision, Section I and Being Part of
the Sarah McKissick League, Galveston County, Texas I
and being more particularly described by Metes &
Bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southwesterly corner of Lot 19, Imperial Estates, Section
I, said corner being at the intersection of the southeasterly right-of-way of
Imperial Avenue and the northerly right-of-way of said Private Road;
THENCE S. 57° 30' 51" E. along the Northerly line of said Private Road and the
southerly line of Lot 19 a distance of 145.8 feet to a point;

THENCE S. 66° 56' 21" E. along the northerly line of said Private Road and .the
southerly line of Lot 19 a distance of 78.65 feet to a point;
