Galveston County, Texas . Said Voss Subdivision being shown
by a plat recorded in Volume 254-A at page 9 , of the map
records of Galveston County, Texas . Said 0 . 4292 acres of
land being more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Southeasterly
line of F.M. 528 , said point also being
in the Southwesterly line of Winding Way;
THENCE S 46°25 'E and along the Southeast-
erly line of Winding Way a distance of
1309 . 00 feet, more or less, to a point in
the Northwesterly line of Leisure Lane;
THENCE Southwesterly direction along the
Northwesterly line of Leisure Lane a
distance of 55 . 00 feet, more or less , to
a point for corner;
THENCE N 36°13 ' 02" W a distance of 254 . 13
feet to an angle point, said point being
10 . 00 feet at right angles from the
Southwesterly line of Winding Way;
THENCE N 46° 25 'W and 10 . 00 feet at right
angles and parallel to the Southwesterly
line of Winding Way, a distance of
1059 . 00 feet , more or less , to a point
in the Southeasterly line of F.M. 518 ;
THENCE in a Northeasterly line and along
the Southeasterly line of F.M. 528 a

beginning.
