QUITCLAIM DEED
THE STATE OF TEXAS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF GALVESTON
THAT Harold and Betty Weisinger of the County of Galveston, State
of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS in
hand paid by the grantee herein named, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have QUITCLAIMED, and by these presents do
QUITCLAIM unto the City of Friendswood of the Counties of
Galveston and Harris, State of Texas , all of their right, title
and interest in and to the following described real property
situated in Galveston County, Texas, to wit:
FIELD NOTES ON 0. 2915 ACRES OF LAND, formerly being a private
road on the plat of Imperial Estates, Section Two, Sarah
McKissick League, Abstract 151 , in Friendswood, Galveston
County, Texas, and being described more particularly by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of Lot o6 of the
above-described subdivision, said point being the most
easterly corner of this tract being described;
THENCE South 42 degrees 23 minutes 51 seconds West along
the northwest boundary of Lot 66, a distance of 110 . 11
feet to the common corner between Lot 66 and Lot 65;
THENCE South 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West along
the northwest boundary of Lot 65 , a distance of 110. 00
feet to the common corner between Lot 65 and Lot 64;
THENCE South 49 degrees 09 minutes 35 seconds West along
the northwest boundary of Lot 64 , a distance of 84 . 84
feet to a point for the most southerly corner of this
tract being described;
THENCE North 45 degrees 33 minutes 13 seconds West, a
distance of 166 . 92 feet to the southwest corner of Lot
69 , and the P.C. of a curve;
THENCE in an easterly direction along the front boundary
of Lot 69, and along a curve to the left whose radius is
147. 95 feet and central angle is 76 degrees 25 minutes
54 seconds, a total distance along said arc of 197. 31;3
feet to the common corner of Lot 69 and Lot 68 , and the
P.C. of another curve to the left;

THENCE in a northeasterly direction along the front
boundary of Lot 68, and along said curve to the left
whose radius is 1016. 74 feet, central angle is 10
degrees 49 minutes 01 seconds and chord is 191 . 665 feet
and bears North 43 degrees 36 minutes 29 seconds East, a
total distance along said arc of 191 . 95 feet to the P.T.
of said curve and the most northerly corner of this
tract being described;
THENCE South 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a
distance of 30. 00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and
containing 0 . 2915 acres of land.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of their right, title and interest in and
to the above described property and premises unto the said
grantee, its successors and assigns forever, so that neither
grantors nor their heirs, legal representatives or assigns shall
have, claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid
property, premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
