E D WARRANTY DEED �‘1 , BOOK► 3 THE STATE OF TEXAS § § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : COUNTY OF GALVESTON § That Polly Ranch Estates , Inc. , a Texas corporation, of the County of Galveston, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10) and other good and valuable consideration paid to the undersigned by the grantee herein named, the receipt and suf- ficiency of which are hereby acknowledged and confessed, HAVE GRANTED, SOLD, AND CONVEYED, and by these presents DO HEREBY GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto the City of Friendswood, of the County of Galveston, State of Texas , all of that certain tract of land lying and being situated in Galveston County, Texas , being more particularly described as follows : • Being a tract or parcel of land out of Reserve A of Polly Ranch Estates , a subdivision located in the J. R. Williams or Sarah McKissick League in Galveston County , Texas , according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 15 , • Page 4, of the Galveston County Map Records , said tract or parcel of land being fully described as follows : Beginning at the southeast corner of the intersection of Leisure Lane and Winding Way, which is also the North- west corner of Reserve "A" of said Polly Ranch Estates ; THENCE South 43°28 ' West along the property line of Reserve "A" , a distance of 288 . 59 feet to a 3/4" pipe , which is also the southeast corner of Reserve "A" ; THENCE South 46°25 ' East along the property line of Reserve "A" , a distance of 25 . 00 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 43°28 ' East, a distance of 288 . 59 feet to a point for corner, which is in the Northeast property line of Reserve "A" ; THENCE North 46°25 ' West, a distance of 25 . 00 feet to the point of beginning containing 0 . 1656 acres of land, more or less . TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described tract of land, to- gether with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging and any right , title , and interest in Grantor in and to adjacent streets , alleys and rights-of-way, A 'ice .
