THAT I, W. B. WHITE, (joined herein by my wife) for and in considera-
tion of the sum of One ($1 .00) Dollar cash to me in hand paid by the City of
Friendswood, Texas, receipt of which is acknowledged and the further considera-
tion of benefits to be derived by me on account of the construction, and
maintenance by the City of Frienqwood, Texas of said sanitary sewer in and
through my certain premises as hereinafter described, do hereby give and grant
to the said City of Friendswood, Texas, a municipal corporation of Galveston
County, Texas, the right to construct, reconstruct and perpetually maintain a
sanitary sewer line upon and across the hereinafter described easement out of
Lot 10, Block 3, of "Friendswood" in the Sarah McKissick League, Abstract 151 ,
or J. R. Williams League, Abstract 151 , Galve\ton County, Texas, as shown on
the map recorded in Volume 254, Page 9, of the \M\ap Records of said county and
being further described as follows: \
COMMENCING at the most easterly corner of Lot 1 , Block 3 of "Friendswood,"
said point also being in the northwest right-of- ay line of Merriewood
(Castlewood) Drive (40 foot wide);

(Castlewood) Drive, a distanc of\46.7feet, more o less, to a point;

fits to be derived by me on account of the construction and
maintenance by the City of Friendswood, Texas of said sanitary
sewer in and through my certain premises as hereinafter de-
scribed, do hereby give and grant to the said City of Friends-
wood, Texas , a municipal corporation of Galveston County,
Texas , the right to construct, reconstruct and perpetually
maintain a sanitary sewer line upon and across the hereinafter
described easement out of Lot 16, Block 5, of "Friendswood" in
the Sarah McKissick League, Abstract 151 or J. R. Williams
League, Abstract 151, Galveston County, Texas , as shown on the
map recorded in Volume 254, Page 9 , of the Map Records of said
county and being further described as follows :
COMMENCING at the most southerly corner of
Lot 16, Block 5, of "Friendswood";
THENCE N 45° 00' 00" E. along the common line
between Lots 13 and 16, Block 5 of "Friends-
wood", a distance of 231. 0 feet to a 3/4" iron
pipe for the Place of Beginning for this ease-
ment being described;
THENCE N 45° 00' 00" W a distance of 10. 0 feet,
more or less, to a point;
THENCE S 45° 00' 00" W parallel and 10. 0 feet
at right angles to the southeast line of said
Lot 16 , a distance of 23.0 feet, more or less,
to a point;
THENCE S 45° 00' 00" E a distance of 10. 0 feet
more or less, to a point on the southeast line
of said Lot 16;

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same perpetually to the City of
Friendswood, Texas and its successors, together with the rights
and privileges at any and all times to enter said premises , or
any part thereof, for the purpose of constructing, reconstruct-
ing and maintaining said sewer, and for making connections
therewith; all upon the conditions that the City of Friends-
wood, Texas will, at all times after doing any work in connec-
tion with the construction, reconstruction, repair or removal
of said sewer or any lateral thereof, restore said premises to
the condition in which same were found before such work was un-
dertaken, and that in the use of said rights and privileges
herein granted the City of Friendswood, Texas will not create
a nuisance or do any act which would be detrimental to said
premises.

upon the conditions that the City of Friendswood, Texas, at all times after doing any
work in connection with the construction, reconstruction, repair or removal of said

privileges herein granted, the City of Friendswood, Texas will not create a nuisance

Further, during the installation of said sewer line, or any laterals thereof,
the City of Friendswood, Texas shall have the unconditional right to use a strip of
land adjacent to the above described permanent easement forty (40') feet in width,
said forty feet being measured from the south extreme of the herein described ease-
ment. The grantee, City of Friendswood, shall confine its operation hereunder in-
cluding its rights of ingress and egress to the said described forty foot strip and
easement.

is acknowledged and further consideration of the benefits to
be derived by us on account of the construction and maintenance
by the City of Friendswood, Texas of said sanitary sewer in
and through our certain premises as hereinafter described do
hereby give and grant to the said City of Friendswood, Texas,
a municipal corporation of Galveston County, Texas, the right
to construct, reconstruct and perpetually maintain a sanitary
sewer line upon and across the hereinafter described easement
out of Lot 20, Block 2 , of the Lori Woods Subdivision, a 14.729.
acre tract of land out of Lots 10 and 11, Block 3 of "Friends-
wood" in the Sarah McKissick League, Abstract 151, or J. R.
Williams League, Abstract 151, Galveston County, Texas, as

wood, Texas will, at all times after doing any work in con-
nection with tle_ constru-ction, reconstruction, repair or removal
of said sewer or any lateral thereof, restore said premises to
the condition in which same were found before such work was un-
dertaken, and that in the use of said rights and privileges
herein granted the City of Friendswood, Texas will not create
a nuisance or do any act that would be detrimental to said
premises.
