KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

EASEMENT

hereinafter called "Grantor," for no consideration,
paid by the City of Friendswood, of the County of Galveston, Texas, here-
inafter called "Grantee," does hereby grant, and convey unto
Grantee an easement and right-of-way upon and across the following de-
scribed property of the Grantor: A temporary construction ease-
ment 20 feet in width,adjoining tract B-101 to the northeast, said
easement to revert to original ownership upon completion of construction,
and lying within lot 13 of Empere Chateau Section One, A subdivision of part
of block 10 of Friendswood, Sarah McKissick or J.R. Williams League,
Abstract No. 151, Galveston County,Texas.
The granting of said easement is subject to the following conditions :
(1 ) Grantee will not remove existing fencing from the property aescribed '
above of the Grantor,
(2) After the completion of construction, Grantee will restore the property
described above of the Grantor as near as possible to the condition -in which
it was found prior to construction.

The easement and right-of-way hereby conveyed shall be
A temporary construction easement 20 feet in width, adjoining tract B-101.
and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a 3/4" iron rod in the northwesterly
line of the 60 ft. right-of-way of Clearview Avenue, said point being
the common southeasterly corner of lot 12 and lot 13 of the said Empere
Chateau Section One;
THENCE N 45°00' W 222.17 ft. with the common line of lot lw
and lot 13 of the said Empere Chateau Section One to the
common northwesterly corner of lot 12 and lot 13 of the said
Empere Chateau Section One, said point being marked by a
1/2" iron rod;
THENCE N 45°00' E 20.00 ft. with the northwesterly line of lot
13 of the said Empere Chateau Section One to a point for
corner;
THENCE S 45°00' E 216.81 ft. to a point for corner in the
northwesterly line of the 60 ft. right-of-way of Clearview
Avenue;
THENCE S 30°00' W 20.71 ft. with the northwesterly line of
the 60 ft. right-of-way of Clearview Avenue to the place of
beginning;
SAID boundary enclosing an area of 0.101 acres out of the
Sarah McKissick or J.R. Williams League, Abstract 151.
