KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Carroll L. Boone of Galveston County, Texas, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten and No/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable
considerations in hand paid by City of Friendswood, Galveston County,
Texas, have Granted, Sold, and Conveyed, and by these presents does Grant,
Sell and Convey unto the said City of Friendswood, Galveston County, Texas,
all that certain real property described as follows:
,89 acres of land out of Tract 1 as described in Volume 2041, Page 400
of the Galveston County Deed Records in the R. Hoppel Survey, A-83,
and A,H., Jackson Survey A--128, Galveston County, Texas, said tract
being more fully described by metes and bounds on Exhibit "A",
attached hereto,
TO HAVE ANP TO BOLD the above described premises, together with all and
O:rigu Ar the rigkts and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto
the said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever; and Grantors hereby
bind themselves, their heirs, usccessors and assigns, to WARRANT AND
FOREVER DEFEND, all and singular the said premises unto the said GRANTEE,
its successors and assigns, against every person whomever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.

BEGINNING at an iron rod for corner marking the most westerly
corner of a 8 .1016 acre tract described in Volume 2239 , Page 136
of the Galveston County Deed Records ;
THENCE North 43 deg 39 min 46 sec West , 546 , 24 feet to an iron
rod marking the southerly corner of the 114 , 8326 acre tract
described in Volume 2243, Page 1 of the Galveston County Deed
Records ;
THENCE North 46 deg 09 min 10 sec East , 2117 ,10 feet to an ±can
rod found on the westerly right-of-way line of roadway described
in Volume 2175, Page 13 of the Galveston County Deed Reoords acid
