COUNTY OF GALVESTON X
That we, J.F. MARKETING, hereinafter called Grantors whether there be
one or more parties executing this deed, for and in consideration of One and
No/100 ($1 .00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration paid to
Grantors by the CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, have GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED and do by these presents GRANT, SELL
and CONVEY unto the CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, a municipal corporation in Galveston
County, Texas, a drainage easement in, under, along, upon, and across , for
public purposes , the following described tracts of land in Galveston County,
Texas, more particularly described as follows :
SEE EXHIBIT "A"
A 10 foot drainage easement out of a portion of Lots 1 thru 6, Block
1 and a portion of the Detention Pond area of Timberfield Estates
as recorded in Plat Record 18, Map 27, Galveston County Map Records,
said 10 foot easement being adjacent to, Northeast of and parallel
with an existing 10 foot utility easement whose Northeast line is
20.00 feet and at right angles from the Southwest line of said
Timberfield Estates.
together with the right of ingress and egress to or from said right-of-way
for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, inspecting, maintaining,
adding to, and removing said line and appurtenances; the right to relocate
along the same general direction of said lines; the right to remove from
said lands all trees and parts thereof or other obstructions which endanger
or may interfere with the efficiency of said line or its appurtenances; and
the right of exercising all other rights hereby granted.
All lot owners shall keep drainage easements clear of buildings ,
planting and other obstructions to the operation and maintenance of drainage
facility, and abutting property shall not be permitted to drain into this
easement except by means of an approved drainage structure.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement and rights unto City
of Friendswood, its successors and assigns, until said line shall be abandoned.
