That we, Timberline Corporation , hereinafter
called Grantors whether there be one or more parties executing this deed,
for and in consideration of One and No/100 ($1. 00) Dollars and other
good and valuable consideration paid to Grantors by the CITY OF
FRIENDSWOOD the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have GRANTED
SOLD AND CONVEYED and do by these presents GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY
unto•. the. CITY OF FREINDSWOOD, a municipal corporation in Galveston
County, Texas, an easement in, under , along , upon, and across, for public
purposes, the following described tracts of land in Galveston County,
Texas , more particularly described as follows ;

TO HAVE AND HOLD the above described easements together with
all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise
belonging unto the said CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, its successors and assigns;
and Grantors do hereby bind ourselves , our heirs , executors, ad-
ministrators, successors and assigns to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND
the said easements for public purposes unto the said CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD,
its successors and assigns , against every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.

5 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT
COWARD CREEK SUBDIVISION, SECTION FOUR
Being a 5 foot Strip of Land containing 6404 square feet, wore or less, out
of Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, and 9 of Block 2 in Coward Creek Subdivision, Sect-
ion Four as recorded in Volume 15, Page 128, of the Galveston County Plat
Records. Said tract being situated in Friendswood, Galveston County, Texas
and being more particulary described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING: at the Southwest intersection of Edgewood Drive ( 100 feet right-
of-way ) and Sunset Drive ( 80 feet right-of-way ) , said point being the
North corner of the aforesaid Coward Creek, Section Four, and the North cor-
ner of the aforesaid Lot 9, Block 2 in Coward Creek, Section Four;
THENCE: S 45° 00' 32" W, with the Southeast line of the said Edgewood Drive,
a distance of 10.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE: S 44° 58' 34" E, parallel to and 10 feet at right angles from the
Southwest line of the aforesaid Sunset Drive, a distance of 10.00 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract;
THENCE: S 44° 58' 34" E, continuing parallel to and 10 feet at right angles
from the said Sunset Drive, a distance of 5.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE: S 45° 00' 32" W, parallel to and 15 feet at right angles from the
aforesaid Southeast line of Edgewood Drive, a distance of 1280.81 feet to
a point for corner;
THENCE: N 44° 59' 28" W, parallel to and 10 feet at right angles from the
Northeast right-of-way line of Greenbriar Drive ( 80 feet right-of-way ) ,
a distance of 5.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE: N 45° 00' 32" E, parallel to and 10 feet at right angles from the
aforesaid Southeast line of Edgewood Drive, a distance of 1280.81 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
