HomeMy WebLinkAboutSanitary Sewer Easement - Offenburber Builders, Inc. - S HEATHER LN THE STATE OF TEXAS ) 4(1366 ) KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF GALVESTON ) OFFENBURBER That BUILDERS, C. of Galveston County, Texas, for and in con- CD • sideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollars ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to him in hand paid by the CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, LiJ CD Galveston County, Texas, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has, and by these presents does grant unto the CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, its successors and assigns, an easement for a sanitary sewer line across, under, and over the following described property in Galveston County, Texas, to-wit: TRACT I: A 3.75 foot sanitary sewer easement over and across the Southwesterly side of Lot 11 in BRIARMEADOW SUBDIVISION according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 1616, Page 194, in the office of the County Clerk of Galveston County, Texas, said easement being described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the West corner of Lot 11, said point also being the North corner of Lot 10 in said Briarmeadow Subdivision; THENCE in a Southeasterly direction along the dividing line between Lots 10 and 11 a distance of 125 feet to the South corner of Lot 11, said point also being the East corner of Lot 10; THENCE in a Northeasterly direction and along the Southeasterly line of Lot 11 a distance of 3.75 feet to a point for corner; THENCE in a Northwesterly direction and 3.75 feet parallel to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 11 a distance of125.00 feet to a point in the Northwesterly line of Lot 11; THENCE in a Southwesterly direction and along the Northwesterly line of Lot 11, a distance of 3.75 feet to the place of beginning, and more particularly shown on EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for purposes of description; TRACT II: A 3.75 foot sanitary sewer easement over and across the Northeasterly side of Lot 10 in BRIARMEADOW SUBDIVISION according to plat recorded in Volume 1616, Page 194, in the office of the County Clerk of Galveston County, Texas, said easement being described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the North corner of Lot 10 said point also being the West corner of Lot 11 in the above said Briarmeadow subdivi- sion; THENCE in a Southeasterly direction along the dividing line be- tween lots 10 and 11 a distance of 125.00 feet to the East cor- ner of said Lot 10, said point also being the South corner of Lot 11; THENCE in a Southwesterly direction and along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 10, a distance of 3.75 feet to a point for corner; THENCE in a Northwesterly direction and 3.75 feet parallel with the Northeasterly line of said Lot 10 a distance of 125.00 feet to point in the Northwesterly line of said Lot 10; THENCE in a Northeasterly direction and along the Northwesterly line of Lot 10, a distance of 3.75 feet to the place of beginning and more particularly shown on EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for purposes of description; NOW THEREFORE: Offenburgerjoined herein by FIRST MORTGAGE Builders, l , COMPANY OF TEXAS, ING., lienholder do Grant to the CITY OF FRIENDSWOOD, together with the rights of ingress and egress to or from said easement for the purposes of constructing, inspecting, repariing, maintaining and removing said lines, and other necessary appurtenances thereto, and being o subject to any and all easement, rights or interest heretofore granted ",4 f or reserved with respect to the premises covered hereby.
