(called Grantor) in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid
by the WATER CONTROL& IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #15, OF GALVESTON COUNTY, TEXAS, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged do by these presents GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and CONVEY subject to the reservation hereinafter made;
unto said Water Control & Improvement District #15, of Galveston County, Texas, the free, perpetual and uninterrupted use,
liberty and privilege of the passage in, along, upon and across the following described land situate in Galveston County, Texas,

Thence to the right 90°-00' N 43°-25E A distance of 15.0 Feet along and with the South-
west Boundary of Lot 17 being also the Northeast right of way of Farm Road No. 528 to a
point for a corner;
Thence to the right 90°-00' S 46°-35' E A distance of 628.0 Feet to a point for a corner;

The Grantor herein excepts from this easement and reserves for themselves, their heirs and assigns, forever, all oil, gas and
other y erals in and under,; a land cover by this easement, but said Fi**t$es for themselves, their heirs and asdgns, waive `'
all right of ingress and egress to and from the surface of the land covered by this easement for the purposes of drilling, mining,
exploring for or developing such minerals.
For the purpose of opening, laying, repairing, constructing and maintaining a permanent easement upon and across said
premises, with the right and privilege at all times of the Grantee herein, his or its agents, employees, workmen, successors and
assigns and representatives having ingress, egress and regress in, along, upon and across said easement for the purpose of
making additions to, improvements on, laying, repairs and replacements to said sewer and/or water conduits, latterals, lines
and connections thereto, or any part thereof. •
TO HAVE AND TO FOLD unto the said Water Control & Improvement District #15, of Galveston County,Texas, as afore-
said for the purposes aforesaid, the premises above described.
