RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT DEED
THAT WE,Don Kimball and wife, Marion Kimball , of the County of Galveston, State of Texas
(called Grantor) in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid
by the WATER CONTROL& IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #15, OF GALVESTON COUNTY, TEXAS, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged do by these presents GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and CONVEY subject to the reservation hereinafter made;
unto said Water Control & Improvement District #15, of Galveston County, Texas, the free, perpetual and uninterrupted use,
liberty and privilege of the passage in, along, upon and across the following described land situate in Galveston County, Texas,
owned by us:
Being an easement eight (8) feet in width and eighty (80) feet in
length off the South-Southeasterly portion of Lot 9, in Block 2 , of the
Friendswood Subdivision, Galveston County, Texas , and further described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Southerly corner of said Tract 9, in Block
2 of the Friendswood Subdivision, Galveston County, Texas , THENCE in an
East-Southeasterly direction along the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 9
a distance of 80 feet to a point for corner , the same being the most Easterly
corner of said Lot 9;
THENCE in a North-Northwesterly direction along the Easterly
boundary line of said Lot 9 a distance of 8 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE in a South-Southwesterly direction along a Line parallel
to the Southerly boundary Line of Lot 9 a distance of 80 feet to a point for
corner on the Westerly boundary line of Lot 9;
THENCE in a South-Southeasterly direction along the Westerly
boundary line of Lot 9 a distance of 8 feet to the place of Beginning;
