3197, Page 413 of the Deed Records of Galveston County, Texas,
and located in the Sarrah McKissick or the J .R. Williams League,
Galveston County, Texas, said 539 square foot tract of land being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows :
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron pipe marking the most easterly
corner of said 0 . 774 acre tract of land, also marking the most
easterly corner of a 17 . 343 acre tract of land, from which the
north corner of Lot 1, Block J of the Central Park Subdivision,

Dear Ms. Archer:
Concerning the channel improvements the Drainage District has under-
way on Chigger Creek immediately upstream from the Greenbriar bridge,
it was necessary to re-channel the creek onto the existing septic
field of the Germany property. In obtaining the property owner's
permission to do this work the Drainage District agreed to arrange
connection to the city sewer line.
We were successful in obtaining an easement from C. R. Dorsett at
1308 Greenbriar to connect to the City line. A document conveying
said easement was executed and filed for record. This instrument is
enclosed for the City's safekeeping and records. We will appreciate
your acceptance of the document and taking the action in placing it
in its proper place.
Please be advised a copy of the instrument has been sent to Duane
Hengst.
If further information is necessary, please advise.
